We're agnostic about carriers — we book with whichever line offers the right schedule for your cargo. Most of our weekly volume rides on Maersk, ONE, Evergreen and MSC for sea, and Malaysia Airlines Cargo, Singapore Airlines Cargo and Turkish Cargo for air.
- Sea: Port Klang → Singapore, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh, Jakarta, Shanghai, Ningbo, Chennai, Jebel Ali, Rotterdam
- Air: KLIA → Hong Kong, Sydney, Frankfurt, Dubai, Mumbai, Tokyo
- Land cross-border: Daily JB → Singapore, weekly Bukit Kayu Hitam → Hat Yai → Bangkok
- FCL 20 ft, 40 ft, 40 ft HC, reefer and flat-rack handled
- LCL consolidation weekly to Singapore, China and Australia
- Dangerous goods class 3 and 9 documented in-house
What's bundled in
Every ocean and air quote includes the customs documentation, the carrier booking, the local trucking to and from the terminal, and the cargo insurance up to declared value. The line items you'll see in writing:
- Ocean / air freight, all-in
- Origin haulage and terminal handling (THC)
- Customs documentation and HS-code declaration
- Destination haulage if requested
- Marine cargo insurance — ICC(A) by default, ICC(C) on request
- Demurrage and detention quoted at carrier rates with no markup
